LooseLay and Palio Explained

Our Easy-Fit flooring ranges have all the benefits of our designflooring ranges, with a beautiful realistic look, distinctive textures, and a huge array of colours, styles and tones to choose from. However, Designflooring LooseLay and Palio by Designflooring also have the added advantages of being easy to fit, quick to install, and allow more flexibility when it comes to temporary flooring, reducing noise transfer from room to room, and replacing sections or panels.

Designflooring LooseLay

Designflooring LooseLay, with its innovative friction grip backing, is a loose lay product that can be installed over almost any floor. Perfect for temporary and permanent use, Designflooring LooseLay is perfect for rooms where you require access to underfloor services, are interested in changing out the flooring frequently, want to reduce sound passing to rooms below, and so much more.

Our brand new Designflooring LooseLay Longboard collection features 12 sophisticated and contemporary wood designs, each inspired by authentic European, American and Australian woods. This exclusive format is 1500,0 mm long meaning quicker installation and greater impact in larger areas.

K-Wave is our unique friction grip backing that holds the product in place. It creates a strong bond to the subfloor using a combination of weight and friction.

Palio by Designflooring

Our Palio Clic by Designflooring range, is also quick and easy to install, and has a patented and simple click-locking mechanism that doesn’t require adhesive

Palio Core follows the success of our Palio Clic collection, and introduces the same eight wood and four stone designs, but in our enhanced Palio Core format. Palio Core is a new rigid core vinyl flooring with a patented click-locking system. Its 6,5mm thick construction provides more robustness on uneven subfloors.
