Customer Deliveries

We are committed to delivering your Designflooring orders in the most efficient, environmentally friendly and cost effect manner as possible, using reliable partners to fulfill our customer requirements. 


Standard Delivery

  • All deliveries are made by third party carriers on a standard groupage service, unless otherwise specified by Designflooring.
  • Transit times will be confirmed upon receipt of a customer purchase order and are based on normal groupage service.
  • Deliveries will be made on standard large goods vehicles (7-14m), with a tail lift, unless otherwise notified by Designflooring.


Special Deliveries

  • Requests for fixed day deliveries, timed delivery service, small vehicle deliveries, vehicles with lifting equipment must all be requested at the point of order and are subject to availability and an additional cost.


Delivery Instructions

  • It is important to inform Designflooring at the point of order of any special delivery instructions, such as restrictions at the delivery point. Failure to communicate at the point of order, may result in additional costs being applied and/or delivery delays to the customer.


Receipt of Delivery

  • We recommend checking your delivery for any damage that may have occurred in transit and checking the items received, match the order placed before signing the delivery note.
